Was it hard for you to eat right after giving birth? It just seems so much more convinient to have hubby run and pick up something or just eat a frozen meal or something. And my cravings have not left...lol. I still want sweets
.What did you do? Were you strong at fighting the temptations? I wanna get back to my old size, but how in world can I if I don't eat well?!??! |

You need the extra calories since you are nursing. So I say just eat up and enjoy it. Trust me, you will be back into your old size in no time just from nursing. And as much as Lincoln is taking from you, it'll be ok.

I agree eat what you want, nursing alone will get you back down!
If you are still worried maybe just eat littler portions of the food you like. |

I think we ate takeout and fast food for the first 2 months after mine were born! We were just too tired and busy to cook. We did have some frozen meals I had made ahead of time and meals from neighbors/friends, but mostly we just did whatever was convenient. Don't worry about the weight too much, even if the nursing doesn't take it all off you can't work out hardcore for a while yet, so enjoy it while you can!
