When Sarah Palin first came into the political scene, I really liked her. I thought, wow, a fresh down-to-earth face on the lines and I enjoyed her "folksy"ness. It was great to have a political figure that I felt like I could sit down and have a cup of coffee with.
Well, I have gotten SO sick of Ms. Palin. It's as if she got a taste of celebrity and now feels the need to gourge herself any chance she gets. The "folksy"ness has worn thin and she just doesn't seem very intelligent. I think too much exposure has been her demise. What does she think she's accomplishing? Do you think she's ruined her political career or is there a place for her in Washington? Anyone else sick of Sarah? Last edited by Omahamama; 11-20-2009 at 01:35 PM. Reason: typo |

I agree...
I was at first very impressed with her. It was exciting to see a woman so passionate about so many things. At this point now though, I don't think she stands a chance in winning a presidency.

I AGREE....I am sick and tired of her and all the media drama that is going on with her family.

I didn't care for her from the first. Just something about her rubbed me wrong. And I totally agree! She has really shown her shallow, unintelligent side in the last year.

Well poo. I still love her. :-) I think she's just plain *normal*, and that's got a HUGE appeal for me. She's so different from many in DC right now... I'd be willing to take a chance on her.

We support her! Its nice to see a woman stand up for what she believes in. I would absolutely support her if she runs for presidency!

We’re a nation of tabloid junkies. Many American’s will never pick up a “real” newspaper much less research a candidate before they vote him/her in. So it only makes sense that Palin does the circuit. For some it’s the only research they do on a candidate.
And yes, if I had to vote right now I'd pick her. But we still have 3 more years. I'll see who comes out of the woodwork.
